Sweet Journeys

Life is filled with journeys, big and small.  Journeys of the mind, body and spirit.  My body rarely travels to lands near or far but my mind and spirit do their fair share and I will share those travels with you here.

I have to admit I'm a collector.  Over the years, my obsessions have changed but beauty has always remained a constant in what I seek, regardless of what form:  unusual and classic jewelry and precious and natural stones, harlequin masks, crystal and pewter dragons, castles and fantasy characters, crystal wine decanters, gorgeous serving dishes, exotic antique boxes of all shapes and sizes and more.  What I find most alluring in all of these treasures is not only their physical beauty but the stories and experiences they represent, both real and imagined.  They take me to a place of great adventure and heroism, magic and romance.  Priceless quiet moments of discovery and awe.  Memories of loved ones and time well spent in truth and love.
